Description:
Shows up nicely in 50x because it's pretty large. Quite elongated NE-SW.
Smooth, diffuse look to it. A little tilted from edge-on. A thick, rather than
a pencil-thin, edge-on. Can't make out any real core to it in 50x. In 100x I
can trace it out a good 4' or so. Looks like there's either a detached piece
on the NE end or a very faint star there. Still can't get any stellar core to
it – pretty smooth in there, though there is a little mottled brightness in
the center section, not much brighter than the rest of it.
