Position: 093954 +115853
17.5" (4/13/96): At 100x, appears as a slightly "soft" mag 11 star, but 
not noticeably nonstellar.  Forms a "double" with a mag 12.5 star less 
than 1' NE.  Best view at 410x and is clearly elongated WNW-ESE, 
perhaps 12"x8".  Brighter center but no central star visible.
17.5" (3/16/96): This unusual reflection nebula is dubbed the "Frosty 
Leo" nebula and first visual observations posted on sci.astro newsgroup 
in March 1995. At 100x, appears as an "out of focus" mag 11 star.  A 
fainter mag 12.5 star lies 54" NE.  At 220x, clearly nonstellar, ~10" 
diameter and surprisingly high surface brightness.  At 288x and 410x 
appears slightly elongated NW-SE, 15"x10" and slightly flattened on the 
SW side.
