Position: RA 17h:32m 24.6s DEC +07:03' 38"
This galaxy appeared as a smudge of light elongated from the north east to the
south west. The best view was at 408x with a 24.5mm meade swa and 2x tv big
barlow. It was pretty faint and gradually brighter to the middle. No
structure was seen. A ~12 mag star marked the north east end of the galaxy and
a faint star was located just south of the center.
