star of Vmag=15.3; discovered by Espin before 1908; ELCAT: [OIII,
496+501nm] = 15 x [Hbeta, 486nm].
RA/DE: 03h56.37m, +33°52.5' (2000)
Date and UT of observation: 29 December 1991, evening
Location & latitude: La Clapiere Obs. (France, latN44 40 00, longE06 27 36)
Site classification: rural, alt.1650m (5500ft)
Limiting magnitude (visual in UMi): 6.00 with averted vision
Transparency (1 to 5 - best to worst): 1
Seeing (1 to 5 - best to worst): 3

Instrument: Meade SCT 8"/203mm, F/10
Magnification: 80-145x
Filters used: OIII, prism
Description: located at 80x with the prism like a mag12 star among stellar
streaks; stellar at 87x, somewhat nebulous star at 145x with OIII which
provides a very good contrast gain; estimated diameter of about 6", a
mag13.5 star is 10" to the W.
