DESCRIPTION_AND_NOTES: This highly reddened (e B-V 1.7) globular 
which lies close to the galactic center  (about 1.4 kpc) 
 and (9.2 kpc from the Sun) was discovered in 1987 by 
Djorgovski and is visually faint. 
See my drawing. 16 stars in a linear chain were seen.
