Personal 'Rating' (at this aperture and sky condition): C+
The "Cat's Eye Nebula" sure looks complex in CCD photos,
but all I could make out was a pretty blue oval at all
magnifications. I couldn't even make out the central star
embedded in the thick nebulosity. Distinct blue color especially
noticeable at low-mid magnifications.
